Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cannot be canceled online or via email. For cancellations, you must call us directly at (619) 231-0894.
• For a full refund, a cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled trip.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the trip will have a 50% refund.
• Reschedules are available for no additional charges.
